Returns
Because most of our products are personalized with your baby’s name, they are made specially for each order.

For this reason:

• Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
However, if there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we will gladly help.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Photos of the product
Once verified, we will offer one of the following solutions:
• Free replacement
• Full refund
• Store credit
Non-Personalized Products
If your order contains non-personalized items, they may be returned within 14 days of delivery if:

• The item is unused
• The item is in its original packaging
• The item is in resellable condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Order Changes or Cancellations

Because personalized orders are processed quickly, we can only accept cancellations or changes within 12 hours of placing your order.

After production has started, the order cannot be modified.
